Galapagos Islands Cruise Yacht Isabela II

Motor Yacht M.Y. Isabela II

Experience the adventure of a lifetime on a Galapagos Islands Cruise on the cruise vessel M.Y. Isabela II

Sun Deck - Yacht Isabela II - Galapagos Islands CruisesCabins: 21. Cabins are all outside with air-conditioning, twin or double beds and a private bath with shower.

Dining: There is an open-seating dining room with one seating. Breakfast and lunch is buffet. There are afternoon hors d’oevres. Menu is international with Ecuadorian specialties. One night is a gala feast with a whole roasted pig.

Dress: Totally casual. Bring a plastic bag to carry camera equipment in when making wet landings.

Facilities and Activities: There is a lounge with a bar and a reading and card room. Small panga tenders are used for landings, some wet, some dry. Masks, snorkels and flippers are available to rent. A clothes dryer is available for drying clothes. There are two multilingual naturalist guides who accompany guests on all shore excursions. Boats always anchor offshore and passengers go to islands by tender. Passengers swim and snorkel in addition to observing wildlife on shore hikes. Some excursions involve staying in the small panga boats and cruising along beneath cliffs to observe bird life.

Itineraries: There are seven-night cruises of the Galapagos Islands. Of 50 visitor sites, about 10 are visited on any given seven-night cruise. When the eco-system shows wear and tear from tourism, sites are closed and others used.
